  • Serve as trusted communications advisor ensuring regulatory compliance and clarity.
  • Manage multiple projects with on-time delivery within scope and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate communications across email, direct mail, web, SMS, and onboarding materials.
  • Collaborate with Digital, Web, Product, Operations, Customer Care, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing.

Job Summary

Job Summary The Marketing Specialist, Member Communications is responsible for leading the development, execution and optimization of member-facing communication strategies that support organizational goals and enhance the member experience. This role serves as a key partner to business stakeholders, translating complex information into clear, engaging, and compliant communications across multiple channels. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong project management skills, and a passion for creating meaningful member experiences through effective communication.

Essential Functions

Lead the planning, development, and execution of member-facing communication strategies and campaigns that support business objectives and enhance the member experience.

Partner with lines of business, specialty groups, cross‑functional stakeholders, and external vendors to develop and implement communication strategies that support business priorities and enhance the member experience.

Serve as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders, providing communication consultation and recommendations that align with organizational goals, member needs, and regulatory requirements.

Manage multiple communication projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with brand, legal, and compliance standards.

Coordinate and execute communications across multiple channels, including email, direct mail, web, SMS, onboarding materials, and digital member experiences.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Digital, Web, Product, Operations, Customer Care, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing, to develop and implement effective communication solutions.

Translate complex business, product, and operational information into clear, concise, and actionable messaging tailored to specific audiences.

Support and enhance member experience initiatives through targeted communications that improve engagement, understanding, satisfaction, and retention throughout the member journey.

Monitor, analyze, and report on communication and campaign performance, leveraging data and insights to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.

Maintain communication plans, content calendars, project timelines, and status updates to support successful execution of business priorities.

Anticipate risks, identify potential challenges, and proactively recommend solutions to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent In Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field 2 years of relevant experience in marketing or related role

Preferred 2 years of relevant experience project management experience
