Job summary

Menlo Micro is seeking a Manager of Sales & Business Development for the Americas with Bay Area base and remote options. You will lead all stages of the sales cycle, coordinate the sales channel, and drive profitable growth for Menlo Micro's Ideal Switch products.

This role requires at least 10 years in the semiconductor industry, a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (MBA preferred), and proven CRM leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is required.
• MSEE and MBA a plus.
• Minimum 10 years in semiconductor industry (engineering, marketing, sales) with increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead all stages of the sales cycle and coordinate sales channel across Americas.
• Develop and lead sales channel for the Americas.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the sales team and align with VP WW Sales & Business Development.
