Job description

About the Role

This is an individual sales position focused on maximizing growth in the Industrial and Consumer verticals in North America. The role reports to the Sales Head of Industrial and Consumer N.A, driving booking, revenue growth, profitability, and customer & employee satisfaction. It involves collaboration with vertical leads and the Service line team to support solution development and delivery excellence.

What You Will Do

Build a meaningful and quantifiable sales pipeline, initiate high-level conversations, qualify opportunities, identify decision makers, and close deals promptly. Meet annual sales revenue targets and execute long-term growth strategies. Leverage industry knowledge and contacts to engage potential clients effectively.

What You Need
  • 15+ years of experience selling IT services to large enterprise clients in Industrial and Consumer industries.
  • Strong understanding of global delivery models.
  • Experience engaging with C-level and senior executives.
  • Proven track record in creating large deals, strategy planning, and managing RFP/RFI processes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, work under pressure, and thrive in a growth environment.
  • Deep understanding of emerging technologies such as cloud, data, AI, DevOps, automation, low/no-code, cybersecurity.
  • Experience collaborating with hyperscalers and data organizations.
  • Ability to co-develop solutions and GTM strategies with partners.
  • Engagement with senior client leadership for account growth.
