Kforce is seeking a Risk & Controls Manager in Boston to oversee fund controls, audits, vendor relationships, and order-driven operational improvements. This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days per week, with a strong emphasis on governance and risk mitigation.
The candidate will manage fund audit cycles, maintain governance documentation, and support new fund launches while leading process improvements and cross-functional initiatives.
One of Kforce's most successful financial services clients in Boston is in search of a Risk & Controls Manager to oversee fund controls, audits, vendor relationships, and operational improvement initiatives. This role is hybrid, 3 days a week, in the office. This client offers salary, strong benefits, vacation days, 401(k), and other company discounts.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
