Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own and manage fund-specific audit cycles, including SOC1, Kaufman AUP Quarterly Review, and Annual Financial Statement Audits.
• Review and update Policy and Procedures Manuals.
• Manage new fund/strategy launches and fund wind-down activities.
• Maintain fund governance documentation and operational obligations.
• Oversee custody-related operational processes and lead process improvement projects.
• Manage Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery program.
• Handle relationships with outsourced servicers and manage vendor scorecard process.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives across the platform.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own and manage fund-specific audit cycles, including SOC1, Kaufman AUP Quarterly Review, and Annual Financial Statement Audits
• Review and update Policy and Procedures Manuals
• Manage new fund/strategy launches and fund wind-down activities
• Maintain fund governance documentation and operational obligations
• Oversee custody-related operational processes and lead process improvement projects
• Manage Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery program
• Handle relationships with outsourced servicers and manage vendor scorecard process
