Oscar Health is seeking a Manager, Risk Adjustment (RA), Provider Partnerships to lead strategy and cross-functional delivery across RA, Network, Market, Data Science, and external partners. You will own engagement, performance management, and improvement of documentation and coding outcomes, reporting to the Director, Risk Adjustment Prospective and Planning.
The role is fully remote for US residents (excluding a few states) with travel for meetings/events.

The Manager, Risk Adjustment (RA), Provider Partnerships leads the strategy and execution of Oscar's provider-facing risk adjustment initiatives. You will own cross-functional program delivery across Risk Adjustment, Network, Market, Data Science, and external provider partners; establishes the provider engagement and performance-management approach; and translates performance data into targeted improvement strategies. You will represent Risk Adjustment priorities in contract, implementation, and operational planning discussions, manages risks and dependencies, and drives measurable improvement in documentation and coding outcomes.
You will report into the Director, Risk Adjustment Prospective and Planning.
This position is fully remote and open to candidates residing in the U.S., excluding Alaska; Delaware; Hawaii; Louisiana; Montana; North Dakota; Oklahoma; West Virginia; Wyoming; and U.S. Territories. Daily work is completed from your home office, with occasional travel required for team meetings and company events. #LI-Remote
The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $106,812 - $140,191 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $96,131 - $126,172 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, annual performance bonuses and sales commissions.

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
