About the role:
The Associate, Provider Success drives solutions to acute and systemic issues within Oscar's operations. The Associate owns end-to-end solutioning of provider escalations, orchestrating efforts cross-functionally with multiple internal partners, while building strong relationships through effectiveness and trust.
You will report into the Manager, Provider Success.
Work Location:This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in: Dallas, Texas. You will be fully remote; however, our approach to work may adapt over time. Future models could potentially involve a hybrid presence at the hub office associated with your metro area. #LI-Remote
Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $87,188 - $114,434 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.
