Job summary

Crew Carwash is seeking a Manager, Retail Technology Platforms to lead the strategy, administration, and performance of our customer-facing retail tech stack, including POS, payments, promotions, subscriptions, and pricebooks. You will drive modernization efforts and act as the primary liaison among IT, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and vendors.

The role is on-site five days a week at our Indianapolis/Fishers support center, with a focus on fast, scalable, secure, and customer-friendly

Qualifications

• Experience owning or administering POS or retail/hospitality transaction systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL and underlying database structures.
• Outstanding customer service skills and teamwork orientation.
• Vendor management experience, including platform evaluations and migrations.
• Strong understanding of pricing and promotions logic.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
• Data-minded with a track record of using metrics to drive improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Retail Technology Platforms own the strategy, administration, optimization, and business performance of Crew Carwash’s customer-facing retail technology platforms including POS, payments, promotions, subscriptions, and pricebook systems.

This role will lead Crew’s POS modernization effort, including the evaluation and migration off a legacy point of sale to a next-generation platform, and serve as the primary bridge between IT, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and vendor partners to deliver fast, scalable, secure, and customer-friendly technology across all locations. This role is on-site 5 days/week at our support center in Indianapolis/Fishers.

Crew’s performance measurements:

• POS platform uptime and reliability
• Promotion and pricing accuracy across all locations
• Speed to market for new campaigns and pricing changes
• Reduced transaction friction and faster issue resolution
• On-time, on-budget delivery of the POS migration roadmap
• Data feed accuracy and field/store satisfaction
