Job summary

Crew Carwash is seeking a Full or Part-Time Customer Service Team Member in Indianapolis, IN. You will greet customers, follow safety practices, and deliver fast, friendly service while keeping the facility clean and inviting. No prior work experience is required and you must be at least 16 years old.

Part-time employees can work 10+ hours weekly; full-time 30+ hours weekly. Benefits include incentive pay, daily pay options, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and health/dental/vision for full-time

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No prior work experience is required.
• Part-time: minimum 10 hours per week; Full-time: minimum 30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for up to 8+ hours per day.
• Able to lift/move at least 25 pounds.
• Able to operate and use basic electronic devices.

Crew’s expectations:

• Must be at least 16 years old
• No prior work experience is required
• Work a minimum of 10 hours per week as part-time or 30 hours per week as full-time
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
