Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to ensure quality and service across our dining outlets. You will lead by example, manage scheduling, motivate staff, and oversee daily financial controls to drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2–4 years of management experience in upscale venues, strong data analysis skills for Food & Beverage, and proficient use of Word, Excel, and POS systems. Competitive benefits offered.

Job Description

This position is responsible for ensuring quality and service in their restaurant or department.

Essential Job Functions

• Promote a positive working environment and lead by example
• Ensure quality of hospitality, service, and product
• Responsible for scheduling, planning, timing, motivation, and supervision of all employees
• Responsible for daily financial controls
• Assists with the creation, tracking, and execution of strategies for concept and venue improvement
• QUALIFICATIONS:
• Two (2) to four (4) years of restaurant management experience in an upscale, trendy establishment required or a combination of education and/or work experience
• Must be able to analyze Food and Beverage data
• ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to demonstrate and deliver a high level of service to our guests

• Has strong verbal and written communication skills
• Has ability to lead and develop a cohesive outlet team
• Strong computer skills include Microsoft Word, Excel, and POS systems.
