Be Iconic is seeking a restaurant management professional in Atlantic City, NJ to lead by example, oversee hospitality quality, and drive financial controls. You will supervise staff, implement service standards, and contribute to concept/venue improvements.

The role requires 2–4 years in upscale restaurant management or equivalent experience with strong communication and data analysis skills. Strong leadership is essential for the team.

Job Description

This position is responsible for ensuring quality and service in their restaurant or department.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Promote a positive working environment and lead by example
• Ensure quality of hospitality, service, and product
• Responsible for scheduling, planning, timing, motivation, and supervision of all employees
• Responsible for daily financial controls
• Assists with the creation, tracking, and execution of strategies for concept and venue improvement

QUALIFICATIONS

• Two (2) to four (4) years of restaurant management experience in an upscale, trendy establishment required or a combination of education and/or work experience
• Must be able to analyze Food and Beverage data

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to demonstrate and deliver a high level of service to our guests
• Has strong verbal and written communication skills
• Has ability to lead and develop a cohesive outlet team
• Strong computer skills include Microsoft Word, Excel, and POS systems.

Pay range: $53,000-$60,000
