Job summary

The Graduate Medical Education (GME) Program administrative leader at St. John's Regional Medical Center in Oxnard, CA, oversees program development, finances, and operations to ensure compliant, quality training across affiliated sites.

This role directs interviewing, hiring, orienting, and supervision of staff; manages marketing and communications; and reconciles all program finances, including grant administration, with a focus on organizational efficiency and learner support.

Qualifications
