Job summary

St. John’s Regional Medical Center in Oxnard, CA, part of Dignity Health, is seeking a Program Administrator to oversee the Graduate Medical Education (GME) program.

You will lead administrative functions, coordinate project development, conduct employee interviews, hires, onboarding, and supervision, and drive marketing and communications for the program. • Bachelor's degree in health care or equivalent experience at hire.
• Minimum of five years of experience in operational areas.
