Job summary

Conch Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manager Release Management to lead SAP release, change, and deployment activities across enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong SAP S/4HANA landscape management experience and expertise in ChaRM or SAP Cloud ALM, with proven leadership in enterprise deployments. The role requires 8–10+ years in SAP landscape/release management or IT leadership, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of SAP landscape/release management or IT leadership experience.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA landscape experience, including SAP BTP and third-party integrations.
• Deep expertise in SAP ChaRM or SAP Cloud ALM deployment frameworks.
• Experience leading CABs, cutover planning, rollback procedures, and hypercare.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP release and deployment lifecycle across enterprise landscapes.
• Chair Change Advisory Boards and enforce deployment standards.
• Develop detailed cutover and rollback plans for major releases.
• Ensure system stability, deployment quality, and Clean Core compliance.
• Coordinate release activities across SAP, business, infrastructure, and third-party teams.
• Provide leadership during production deployments and post-release hypercare.

Must Have Skills:

• 8 10+ years of SAP landscape/release management or IT leadership experience.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA landscape experience, including SAP BTP and third-party integrations.
• Deep expertise in SAP ChaRM or SAP Cloud ALM deployment frameworks.
• Experience leading CABs, cutover planning, rollback procedures, and hypercare.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps, automated regression testing, deployment governance, and Clean Core principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• SAP S/4HANA / Solution Manager / Cloud ALM certification preferred; MBA is a plus.
