Job summary

Intone Networks Inc. is seeking a Manager of Release Management in West Palm Beach, FL, for a contract role of at least six months.

The candidate will lead SAP landscape releases, chair CABs, and oversee S/4HANA with BTP integrations, ensuring rapid deployments with robust rollback procedures and hypercare support. The role requires 8–10 years in SAP release management, ChaRM/Cloud ALM expertise, and strong DevSecOps knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in SAP landscape management or release management.
• Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA landscapes with SAP BTP and third-party integrations.
• Deep expertise in ChaRM or Cloud ALM deployment frameworks.
• Chairing Change Advisory Boards (CAB) and enforcing rigorous deployment protocols.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps pipelines, automated regression testing, and deployment velocity.
• Experience architecting cutover plans, rollback procedures, and hypercare support for major deployments.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment to prioritize stability and maintain Clean Core mandates.

• Chair Change Advisory Boards (CAB) and enforce rigorous deployment protocols
• Oversee SAP S/4HANA landscape management, including SAP BTP and third-party integrations
• Architect and execute cutover plans, rollback procedures, and hypercare support for major enterprise deployments
• Exercise independent judgment and veto authority to prioritize system stability and maintain Clean Core mandates
• Lead deployment activities with focus on deployment velocity and automated testing methodologies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in SAP landscape management, release management, or similar IT leadership roles
  • Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA landscapes, including SAP BTP and third-party integrations
  • Deep expertise in SAP Change Request Management (ChaRM) or SAP Cloud ALM deployment frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience chairing Change Advisory Boards (CAB) and enforcing rigorous deployment protocols
  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps pipelines, automated regression testing, and deployment velocity methodologies
  • Proven track record in architecting minute-by-minute cutover plans, robust rollback procedures, and effective hypercare support for major enterprise deployments
  • Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and veto authority to prioritize system stability and maintain Clean Core mandates
• Preferred
  • MBA or advanced degree in an IT or management-related field
  • SAP Certifications (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Solution Manager/Cloud ALM)
