Socket.dev is seeking an experienced property management leader to drive planning, budgeting, and operational excellence across assets. You will oversee CAM processes, financial reporting, and vendor management while collaborating with acquisitions teams and internal auditors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic planning and budgeting for operations and maintenance annually.
• Review CAM reconciliations and billing.
• Review monthly financial and operating reports.
• Identify initiatives for existing assets.
• Support acquisitions/dispositions teams as necessary.
• Ensure process and policy compliance and documentation.
• Oversee vendor contracts and management.
• Support internal audits as required.
• Collaborate with the Asset Manager to deliver asset strategies.
• Provide subject matter expertise within property management platform.

The Role

This position will work with the Mapletree Asset Management, Technical Services, Finance and Procurement teams in leading all aspects of property management and operational excellence and overseeing third party management personnel.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic planning and budgeting for operations and maintenance on an annual basis.
• Review common area maintenance reconciliations and billing
• Review monthly financial and operating reports
• Identify initiatives for existing assets
• Support acquisitions / dispositions teams as necessary
• Ensure process and policy compliance and documentation
• Oversee all aspects of vendor contracts and management
• Support internal audits as required
• Work closely with Asset Manager to deliver strategies for each asset.
• Provide subject matter expertise within property management platform

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree; preferably in business or finance or a related discipline, or work experience equivalent.
• At least 10 years of relevant experiences and knowledge of all phases of property management, as well as procurement of property management services.
• Possess sound knowledge of M&E systems and building services.
• Excel at customer relations, financial analysis and physical property management.
• Genuine team player with excellent planning, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability, attention to detail and a truly collaborative approach to stakeholders is required.
• Equipped with strong leadership and project management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
