Job summary

Mapletree in Dallas, TX seeks a senior property management executive to lead operations and strategic asset management across the portfolio, coordinating with asset management, technical services, finance and procurement.

You will oversee budgeting, CAM reconciliations, contracts, vendor management, and internal audits, driving operational excellence and stakeholder collaboration to enhance asset value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in business or finance or related, or work experience equivalent.
• 10+ years in property management, incl. all phases and procurement of PM services.
• Sound knowledge of M&E systems and building services.
• Strong customer relations, financial analysis and property management skills.
• Leadership and project management with budgeting/forecasting.

The Role

This position will work with the Mapletree Asset Management, Technical Services, Finance and Procurement teams in leading all aspects of property management and operational excellence and overseeing third party management personnel.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in business or finance or a related discipline, or work experience equivalent.
• At least 10 years of relevant experiences and knowledge of all phases of property management, as well as procurement of property management services.
• Possess sound knowledge of M&E systems and building services.
• Excel at customer relations, financial analysis and physical property management.
• Genuine team player with excellent planning, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability, attention to detail and a truly collaborative approach to stakeholders is required.
• Equipped with strong leadership and project management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
