Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted advisor to real estate owners, users and investors with financial analyses and market knowledge.
  • Provide transactional advisory and valuation for mergers, restructurings, acquisitions and divestitures on large portfolios of real estate and related businesses.
  • Manage engagement staffing, billings/collections and ensure client profitability targets are met.
  • Network to acquire new clients, projects and revenue; build relationships internally and externally.
  • Support growth and development through Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy, mentoring associates.
