Job summary

Baker Tilly International is seeking a Manager, Real Estate Advisory in Miami, FL to lead advisory engagements for institutional real estate clients. Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor to real estate owners, users and investors by providing expertise related to real estate in complex situations where financial analyses and market know-how are mission critical.
• Advisor to users, owners and investors of institutional real estate. Core services include transactional advisory and valuation for mergers, restructurings, acquisitions and divestitures related to large portfolios of real estate and real estate related businesses.
• Manage client engagement staffing, billings/collections, and ensure client profitability targets are met.
• Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with the goal of acquiring new clients, projects, and revenue.
• Invest in your professional development individually and through participation in firm wide learning and development programs.
• Support the growth and development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy, helping associates meet their professional goals.
