Hybrid work model: No set schedule for on-site and remote (work from home); must be available to be on-site as needed at Brigham and Women's Hospital as well as other Mass General Brigham affiliated hospitals and flexible based on business needs.

On remote workdays, employees must use a stable, secure, and compliant workstation in a quiet environment. Teams Video is required and must be accessed using MGB-provided equipment.
