• Certification eligibility by ARRT, ARDMS, or NMTCB.
• Licensure by recognized radiologic technology boards and BLS within 14 days of hire.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities include directing daily operations, managing personnel and financial resources, and ensuring quality patient outcomes across diverse age groups.

Under general supervision, the manager ensures efficient clinical activities, evaluates services and equipment, and maintains compliance with standards.

They lead performance improvement initiatives, coordinate educational activities, and facilitate effective communication within the department and with other services.
