Job description

Responsibilities

Oversee, organize, staff, direct, and control the Department of Radiology within the medical center. Supervise all administrative and technical services of this department, delegating appropriate responsibilities to supervisors and coordinators. Areas of responsibility: Operations management, local growth and performance, quality and metrics, people management, network and local collaboration and education, community and industry relations.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of acute care supervisory experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred
  • Master's (MA/MS/MSN/MBA/MPA) degree or similar.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Experience with EPIC HIS system preferred.
Licenses and Certifications Required
  • Current Radiologic Technology Certification by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board or required licensing for any imaging department modalities.
