Job summary

Saint Luke’s Health System is seeking a Radiology Manager to lead operations for all four IDTF locations. The role focuses on delivering high-quality radiology services, staff development, and cost-efficient care.

You will oversee QA, performance improvement, and capital/operating budgets in collaboration with the Radiology Director. Previous leadership experience in radiology is preferred, with a M-F 8-4:30 schedule and a strong commitment to teamwork and patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years applicable experience in radiology management or leadership.
• ARRT certification, BLS certification, and KS LRT license required per state board regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily radiology department operations across multiple IDTF locations.
• Lead staff development, quality assurance, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Manage capital and operating budgets in collaboration with the Radiology Director.

Job Description

The Radiology Manager is responsible for provision of radiological services based on accepted standards of care. This position has authority for the development implementation and evaluation of patient care functions. In addition this position actively participates in leadership functions staff development and provision of resources to provide quality health services in a cost effective manner. The Radiology Manager is responsible for daily operations in the Radiology Department to include departmental quality assurance performance improvement capital and operating budget with Radiology Director personnel management customer service and promoting teamwork with internal and external staff. This position will be managing all 4 IDTF locations.

Shift:

M- F 8-4:30 but may adjust as needed

Prior leadership experience preferred
