Job summary

Saint Luke’s Health System in Garnett, Kansas, seeks a Radiology Manager to provide leadership for radiology services, ensuring care aligns with accepted standards and efficient operations.

You will supervise daily department activities, drive quality assurance and performance improvement, manage budgets and resources, and foster teamwork with staff and physicians to deliver high-quality imaging and patient care.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required for radiologic technologist.
• BLS certification from AHA/Red Cross required.
• KS state license for Radiologic Technologist (LRT KS) required.
• Minimum 2 years of radiology leadership or supervision experience.

Job Description

The Radiology Manager is responsible for provision of radiological services based on accepted standards of care. This position has authority for the development implementation and evaluation of patient care functions. In addition this position actively participates in leadership functions staff development and provision of resources to provide quality health services in a cost effective manner. The Radiology Manager is responsible for daily operations in the Radiology Department to include departmental quality assurance performance improvement capital and operating budget with Radiology Director personnel management customer service and promoting teamwork with internal and external staff.
