Job summary

Menasha Corporation seeks a seasoned Quality Manager to design and implement policies ensuring production quality. You will oversee testing, audits, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions across sites, aligning with federal, state, and local regulations.

Reporting to site leadership, you will establish quality frameworks, train staff, monitor key performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement to support customers and the company\'s two businesses: Menasha Packaging and ORBIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Knowledge of safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with quality frameworks and audits.

Responsibilities

• Establishes site quality strategies, systems and controls to ensure quality during production.
• Reports site quality performance metrics and supports scorecard objectives.
• Manages quality incident resolution, root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Oversees external/internal audits and supports corrective actions.
• Provides guidance on staffing, training and performance management to develop the Quality function.
