Formación

• Experience in quality/ops roles preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints through execution, facilitation, continuous follow-up, communications, and/or re-work (including on-site).
• Communicate, and solve problems with customers and the organization as needed.
• Manage product/process trials concerning new products, existing molds, material trials, and improvement projects.
• Develop capable production processes for new and existing products using PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, Standard Work, Gage R & R, and Gage development activities.
• Drive execution of, maintain, improve and train as it relates to local process ownership, ORBIS production system, Quality Plan, Process capability, Calibration, Internal Audits / Cross plant audits, Corrective and Preventive action, and DMS.
• Monitor, analyze and report performance metrics to local and corporate.
• Lead / Promote problem solving and ensure continuous improvement utilizing the CAPA system, designed experiments, Six Sigma/Lead methodologies, and other problem-solving methodologies.
• Maintain documents per Document Management System and retention requirements.
• Drive development and application of standard work across plant/production activities.
• Drive companywide improvement of the QMS (Internal audits, 3rd party audits, customer complaints, risks, and opportunities).
• Ensure the Management Review Schedule is adhered to, and records are retained.

About The Opportunity
