• Central laboratory leadership experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop project management staff while ensuring compliance with procedures
• Serve as the primary liaison between sponsors and internal departments throughout clinical trials
• Conduct regular client meetings to address concerns and enhance satisfaction
• Manage client relationships and oversee program-level interactions
• Establish high levels of customer service to foster relationships and growth
• Mentor team members and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Act as backup for the Associate Director of Project Management when necessary

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Project Management - Labs to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will oversee project management support for clinical laboratory programs, with a strong focus on client service, cross-functional coordination, and team leadership. The manager will guide staff, support sponsor relationships, and help ensure programs are delivered in alignment with procedures and operational expectations. Success in this position will require strong collaboration with internal departments and a proactive approach to improving processes and team performance.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
