Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS) is seeking a Manager, Programs 2 to lead the IBCS/AMDPCS Increment 3 (Inc3) OTA Program within the Tactical Ground Equipment Business Area in Huntsville, Alabama. In this role, the Inc3 OTA Program Manager is responsible for all programmatic elements including cost, schedule, and performance while shaping forward‑looking strategic vision and driving organic growth. The PM drives collaboration across Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Business Management, and regularly engages with both senior leadership as well as government officials and customer stakeholders. The PM is accountable for executing the program, ensuring that performance targets are met and delivery commitments align with contractual requirements and business objectives.
Primary Level Salary Range: $153,800.00 - $230,800.00. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
