Professional Development colleagues work with each consultant to build a trust-based relationship, which includes an in-depth understanding of professional aspirations, experiences, strengths, development needs, and relevant personal circumstances. You will support other people- and PD-priorities as needed and collaborate across a number of NA-based PD teams. You will manage the evaluation and feedback process, including the review and evaluation processes (e.g., semi-annual reviews, upward feedback systems, candidate diligence, post-engagement feedback) in close cooperation with the respective review committee chairs and leadership, bringing independent judgment and discretion to ensure fair and balanced outcomes.
