McKinsey & Company in the United States seeks a senior Transformation leader to guide large-scale programs from strategy to execution in Chicago and across North America. You will partner with client leaders to deliver measurable impact and sustainable results.
You will drive PMOs, cross-functional workstreams, and change initiatives such as operational excellence, restructuring, digital transformation, and post-merger integration, while coaching teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
You will lead large-scale business transformation and implementation programs across a range of industries and functions, partnering with senior client leaders to translate strategy into execution and deliver measurable, sustainable results.
You will drive a broad portfolio of transformation initiatives, including operational excellence, restructuring and turnaround execution, process optimization, organizational redesign, post-merger integration, digital transformation, and strategic operations improvement efforts.
Working side-by-side with client teams, you will build the capabilities, governance structures, operating models, systems, and processes required to achieve lasting impact. You will lead complex workstreams, develop and manage implementation roadmaps, and drive execution through rigorous program management, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership.
You will also coach and develop teams of consultants and client stakeholders, facilitate executive workshops and governance forums, and apply structured problem-solving to support effective decision-making and delivery. In addition, you will establish PMO and performance management mechanisms to track progress, manage risks, and ensure value capture. You will contribute to business development through proposal development and client relationship building, while helping shape the continued growth and evolution of the Delivery Assurance capability across North America.

To help you understand what you can expect, the salary range for new joiners in this role in United States, including all office locations where the job may be performed, is $165,200 - $170,000 USD gross per year.
