McKinsey & Company, Inc. seeks a leader for Finalta’s Chicago office, focusing on analytics and strategy for North America & Canada. The role involves managing a high-performing team, overseeing benchmarking projects, and developing client relationships.
Applicants should have 7+ years in analytics or strategy, with retail banking experience preferred. This position offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.
You will be a part of Finalta’s global leadership team and based in our Chicago office, playing a role in Finalta’s continued growth and success in North America & Canada. Your responsibilities will span three key areas: team leadership where you will manage, develop, and inspire a high‑performing team of managers and analysts, fostering their professional growth and leadership capabilities. Client delivery, where you will oversee the delivery of our benchmarking projects, ensuring high‑quality, data‑driven insights are translated into actionable recommendations that help clients maximize their performance. You will build relationships with senior client stakeholders and collaborate with other McKinsey and Finalta leaders on joint client proposals. Lastly commercial accountability where your involvement in business development efforts with C‑level executives will maintain and grow your delivery portfolio.
Driving lasting impact and building long‑term capabilities with our clients is not easy work. You are the kind of person who thrives in a high performance/high reward culture - doing hard things, picking yourself up when you stumble, and having the resilience to try another way forward. In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we’ll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities you need to become a stronger leader faster than you ever thought possible. Your colleagues—at all levels—will invest deeply in your development, just as much as they invest in delivering exceptional results for clients. Every day, you’ll receive apprenticeship, coaching, and exposure that will accelerate your growth in ways you won’t find anywhere else.
