McKinsey & Company is seeking an experienced professional for a transformative role in Dallas, Texas. You will lead significant transformation initiatives across various industries, working closely with senior leaders to turn strategies into sustainable results.
The role demands strong leadership skills and the ability to manage large-scale programs while fostering a high-performance culture.
McKinsey offers a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package to ensure your well-being and professional growth.
Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem‑solver who is energized by challenges? You’ve come to the right place.
You will lead large-scale business transformation and implementation programs across a range of industries and functions, partnering with senior client leaders to translate strategy into execution and deliver measurable, sustainable results.
You will drive a broad portfolio of transformation initiatives, including operational excellence, restructuring and turnaround execution, process optimization, organizational redesign, post‑merger integration, digital transformation, and strategic operations improvement efforts.
Working side‑by‑side with client teams, you will build the capabilities, governance structures, operating models, systems, and processes required to achieve lasting impact. You will lead complex workstreams, develop and manage implementation roadmaps, and drive execution through rigorous program management, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership.
You will also coach and develop teams of consultants and client stakeholders, facilitate executive workshops and governance forums, and apply structured problem‑solving to support effective decision‑making and delivery. In addition, you will establish PMO and performance management mechanisms to track progress, manage risks, and ensure value capture. You will contribute to business development through proposal development and client relationship building, while helping shape the continued growth and evolution of the Delivery Assurance capability across North America.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly entrepreneurial and collaborative environment, partnering with leading organizations to address their most critical transformation priorities.
You will be part of McKinsey’s global Transformation practice, which helps organizations change their trajectory and achieve their full potential through holistic interventions across performance, capabilities, and organizational health. Our transformation approaches are enabled by distinctive tools and technologies and delivered by specialists who work alongside client teams to drive real, sustained change. We bring together experienced professionals from industry, private equity, restructuring, and professional services with McKinsey’s global network of industry and functional experts to deliver large‑scale transformations around the world.
Driving lasting impact and building long‑term capabilities with our clients is not easy work. You are the kind of person who thrives in a high performance/high reward culture – doing hard things, picking yourself up when you stumble, and having the resilience to try another way forward.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we’ll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities you need to become a stronger leader faster than you ever thought possible. Your colleagues-at all levels-will invest deeply in your development, just as much as they invest in delivering exceptional results for clients. Every day, you’ll receive apprenticeship, coaching, and exposure that will accelerate your growth in ways you won’t find anywhere else.
