Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges? You've come to the right place.
You will lead large-scale business transformation and implementation programs across a range of industries and functions.
Working closely with senior client leaders, you will help translate strategy into execution and deliver measurable, sustainable results.
You will support a variety of transformation initiatives, including operational excellence, restructuring execution, turnaround programs, process optimization, organizational redesign, post-merger integration, digital transformation, and strategic operations improvements.
Working side‑by‑side with client teams, you will help build the capabilities, governance structures, systems, and processes required to drive lasting impact. You will also lead and coach teams of consultants and client stakeholders, facilitate workshops and governance forums, and drive structured problem‑solving to support effective decision making and delivery. Additionally, you will establish PMO and performance management structures to track progress and outcomes, support business development efforts through proposal development and client relationship building and contribute to the continued growth and evolution of the Delivery Assurance capability across North America.
You will be working in a highly entrepreneurial and collaborative environment while partnering with leading organizations on their most critical transformation priorities.
Driving lasting impact and building long‑term capabilities with our clients is not easy work. You are the kind of person who thrives in a high performance/high reward culture - doing hard things, picking yourself up when you stumble, and having the resilience to try another way forward.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities you need to become a stronger leader faster than you ever thought possible. Your colleagues-at-all‑levels‑will invest deeply in your development, just as much as they invest in delivering exceptional results for clients.
