Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Manager, Material & Production Planning in Arvada, CO. You will lead the Material Planning and Production Planning teams, balance demand with shop-floor capacity, and drive S&OP, MPS, and inventory strategies to scale Crusoe’s manufacturing for AI infrastructure products.

You will manage a team of planners, partner with Procurement, Engineering, and Quality, and optimize material readiness, supplier constraints, and capacity to support rapid growth and new product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of material planning, production planning, or capacity planning in a complex manufacturing setting.
• 5+ years of leadership directing material and production planners.
• Proven ability to run MRP and MPS in a fast-paced hardware manufacturing facility.
• Advanced ERP/MRP skills (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite).
• Strong Excel skills and data viz (Power BI or Tableau).
• Experience applying Lean tools to optimize end-to-end material flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the integrated planning team.
• Drive S&OP and Master Production Scheduling (MPS).
• Own material readiness and shortage mitigation.
• Manage capacity planning and throughput.
• Optimize total inventory health and JIT delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment with procurement, engineering, and logistics.
• Support new product introductions and BOM audits.
