Join AZAD as a Manager of Product Marketing and gain a clear view of program status—reviewing key metrics, tracking progress across multiple projects, and aligning cross-functional teams on priorities, risks, and next steps. Dive into active programs, working closely with engineering, operations, and supply chain to resolve challenges, manage dependencies, and keep execution on track. Throughout the day, engage with customers and internal stakeholders, providing clear updates, aligning expectations, and translating needs into actionable plans while supporting broader business priorities such as opportunity evaluation and profitability. Continuously drive alignment, remove blockers, and ensure accountability across teams, while maintaining structured tracking, closing action items, and preparing for upcoming milestones—all with a disciplined, organized approach that keeps complex programs moving forward.

This is a full-time consultant position based in Irvine, CA with a high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. The hourly pay rate range for this position is between $55.00 and $67.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.

Schedule:

40 hours, no OT

Flexible hours: 8-5/9-6

Onsite: 5 days/week, may be given 1-day WFH option later on

Essential Functions:

This role goes beyond project coordination—driving measurable business and customer outcomes.

Deliver Customer Success

Ensure optical system programs are delivered on time and to quality expectations

Strengthen customer trust through responsiveness and clear communication

Resolve issues with structured root cause and prevention

Bring structure and clarity to complex, cross-functional programs

Improve planning, tracking, and on-time delivery

Turn ambiguity into actionable, prioritized plans

Strengthen Cross-Functional Performance

Align engineering, operations, and supply chain on priorities and delivery

Drive accountability without direct authority

Improve communication, decision speed, and execution consistency

Build Scalable Processes

Implement structured tools, tracking, and standard work

Improve cycle time, yield, and delivery performance

Establish repeatable processes that scale with growth

The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:

• Excellent organizational skills and experience in managing project tasks (tracking, organizing, updating, and chasing)
• Program/project management experience preferred
• Good excel skills (intermediate to advanced)
• Entry-mid level PowerPoint experience - will be updating PP slides but not creating from scratch
