Description du poste

Position Summary

Trintech is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to make our enterprise sales teams more effective in complex, ERP-heavy deals. This is a technical, sales-facing role for someone who can explain how Trintech's AI Financial Close solutions work alongside the ERP and finance systems our customers already run, and who can turn that knowledge into messaging and enablement that sellers and solution consultants use in the field. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager owns enterprise sales support and ERP integration messaging for the Trintech AI Platform and our core financial close products. This person partners closely with Product, Sales, Solution Consulting, and our ERP and technology partners to build the technical positioning, competitive content, and sales tools that help us win and expand enterprise accounts.

What You Get to Do
Enterprise Sales Support & Enablement
  • Build the messaging, positioning, and sales tools that help enterprise sellers and solution consultants win complex, multi-stakeholder deals, including pitch decks, talk tracks, discovery guides, and objection handling
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement sessions that are clear, practical, and tied to how sellers should position and sell each solution
  • Partner with Sales and Solution Consulting to understand deal dynamics, win/loss patterns, and the technical questions that come up late in enterprise evaluations
  • Support strategic deals and key accounts with tailored content, as needed
ERP Integrations & Technical Positioning
  • Develop and own the narrative for how Trintech solutions integrate with and complement customers' ERP environments, including SAP, Oracle, and other leading finance platforms
  • Translate technical architecture, integration approaches, and data flows into clear, accurate content for finance, IT, and procurement audiences
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Solution Consulting to validate technical claims and keep integration content current as the products and ERP ecosystems evolve
  • Build and maintain ERP-specific assets, such as integration one-pagers, technical FAQs, and customer-facing integration guides
  • Partner with ERP and technology alliance partners on joint messaging, co-marketing, and field alignment
Competitive & Market Intelligence
  • Track competitor positioning, product moves, and messaging, with a focus on how competitors position against Trintech in enterprise and ERP-centric deals
  • Build and maintain battlecards and displacement content using the team's standard competitive format
  • Synthesize field feedback, market research, and win/loss insights into clear recommendations for product messaging and go-to-market decisions
Product Launch Support
  • Partner with Product and the Launch Office to bring new releases and capabilities to market, with an emphasis on the technical and enterprise sales story
  • Make sure sales and solution consulting teams are ready, with the right enablement, before each launch reaches customers
  • Translate release-level functionality into customer outcomes that resonate with finance and accounting leaders and their IT counterparts
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product, Product Operations, Sales, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Partners, and Marketing to keep the product and value story consistent across every customer touchpoint
  • Bring the voice of the field and the customer into product and messaging discussions
  • Report only what can be confirmed through direct research, customer interaction, product validation, or data when communicating technical, competitive, or customer insights
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a related role, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • Hands‑on experience supporting enterprise sales teams on complex, long‑cycle deals
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and how finance applications integrate with them; experience marketing integrations or technical solutions strongly preferred
  • Ability to learn and explain technical concepts, such as APIs, data flows, and system architecture, and translate them for both finance and IT audiences
  • Experience building sales tools, battlecards, and competitive content, and running enablement sessions for sellers and solution consultants
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize market, competitive, and field input into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience partnering with Product teams on launches
  • Familiarity with finance and accounting software, the financial close process, or reconciliation is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
