Job summary

Trintech is seeking a Product Owner/Manager to drive the roadmap and deliver impactful features for our SaaS accounting solutions. You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Partners to shape strategy and improve the customer experience.

You will lead cross‑functional initiatives with Sales, Services, Presales, and Marketing, define requirements, and measure success with KPIs. 5+ years in product roles and experience with ERP systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification preferred.
• Passion for understanding customers, their problems, and experiences.
• Ability to establish rapport, credibility, and influence with people at all levels of the organization. Able to create a vision and craft a compelling story.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience working for a SaaS software company as a product owner, analyst, or product manager.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Services Reconciliations, or Retail Cash/Sales Audit preferred.
• Experience implementing, administering, or using technology like Trintech’s is desirable.

• Roadmap Development: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for Trintech's product and go‑to‑market solutions that provides an exceptional customer experience.
• Feature Definition and Prioritization: Define detailed requirements for new features and enhancements based on market demands and strategic goals, and work with Marketing to translate them into external messaging.
• Partnership Growth: Foster strong relationships with partners, industry, and field teams to deepen the partnership and grow customer adoption and bookings.
• Innovation and Strategy: Drive innovation in product offerings by proposing and championing new ideas.
• Execution and Delivery: Work with product and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of features and improvements.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs to measure success and continuously monitor performance data to drive decisions.
• Collaboration: Lead cross‑functionally with Sales, Services, Presales, SaaS Ops, InfoSec, Support, Product Marketing, and Marketing in GTM processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Roadmap Development: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Partners, as well as external stakeholders, to develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for Trintech's product and go‑to‑market solutions that provides an exceptional customer experience.
• Feature Definition and Prioritization: Define detailed requirements for new features and enhancements based on market demands, competitive analysis, and strategic goals. Prioritize these features in alignment with company objectives and work with Marketing to translate them into external messaging that resonates with potential and current customers.
• Partnership Growth: Foster strong relationships with partners, industry, and field teams, leveraging the partnership to influence product direction, stay informed about upcoming changes, and collaborate on joint initiatives. The goal is to deepen the partnership, enrich the solution, and grow customer adoption, experience (NPS), and bookings.
• Innovation and Strategy: Drive innovation in product offerings by proposing and championing new ideas that enhance Trintech’s accounting offering.
• Execution and Delivery: Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of features and improvements. Provide guidance and clarification throughout the development process.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish key metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of Trintech’s solution. Continuously monitor and analyze performance data to drive data‑driven decisions, ensuring growth, retention, and customer experience.
• Collaboration: Lead cross‑functionally with leaders within Sales, Services, Presales, SaaS Ops, InfoSec, Support, Product Marketing, and Marketing, participating in the Go‑To‑Market (GTM) process.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent certification preferred.
• Passion for understanding customers, their problems, and experiences.
• Ability to establish rapport, credibility, and influence with people at all levels of the organization. Able to create a vision and craft a compelling story.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience working for a SaaS software company as a product owner, analyst, or product manager.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Services Reconciliations, or Retail Cash/Sales Audit preferred.
• Experience implementing, administering, or using technology like Trintech’s is desirable.
• Experience with common enterprise ERPs (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Workday, etc.) preferred.
