Within Disney Signature Experiences, the Disney Cruise Line team delivers end-to-end digital and physical experiences for both Guests and Cast Members. This includes leading technology initiatives across the fleet, supporting core platforms, the Disney Cruise Line website, and the Disney Cruise Line Navigator mobile app, while serving multiple lines of business both shoreside and onboard. As Disney Cruise Line continues its rapid fleet expansion, delivering accurate, timely, personalized, and scalable content has become a critical business capability.

The Manager, Product Management leads the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Disney Cruise Line's enterprise content ecosystem. This role is responsible for transforming how content is created, governed, measured, and delivered across web, mobile, onboard experiences, and guest communications. This leader will guide a multi-year Content Modernization program that simplifies authoring, strengthens governance, enables AI-assisted workflows, and improves the quality and consistency of content throughout the guest journey.

As the product leader within the Commercial Data organization, this role establishes the standards for content as a strategic enterprise asset by defining reusable content models, governance practices, metadata standards, and measurement frameworks that enable data-informed content decisions.

Success will be measured by the ability to:

  • Improve publishing efficiency while increasing content quality, reuse, governance, localization, and operational scalability.
  • Enable data-informed content decisions through behavioral analytics, guest feedback, experimentation, and operational insights.
  • Build and develop a high-performing product organization focused on customer outcomes, continuous discovery, and measurable business value.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for Disney Cruise Line’s enterprise content ecosystem.
  • Lead the multi-year Content Modernization program to transform legacy publishing capabilities into a scalable enterprise content platform.
  • Drive product discovery and prioritization, balancing innovation, operational excellence, compliance, localization, technical sustainability, and business value.
  • Establish enterprise content governance standards, including reusable content models, metadata, taxonomy, content lifecycle management, and AI governance to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability.
  • Advance AI-enabled content capabilities by identifying opportunities for intelligent authoring, metadata generation, taxonomy automation, personalization, and quality assurance.
  • Partner with Data & Analytics teams to leverage behavioral analytics, Guest feedback, experimentation, and operational insights to inform content strategy, product decisions, and continuous improvement.
  • Define and measure product success through KPIs that track content effectiveness, publishing efficiency, platform adoption, and business outcomes.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers and Content Specialists while fostering a culture of customer focus, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Manage the product portfolio, including investment planning, budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, vendor partnerships, and execution against strategic objectives.
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, priorities and risks to executive leadership, ensuring alignment across technology and business organizations.

Qualifications

  • Must have 8+ years of Product Management experience delivering enterprise digital platforms, customer-facing products, digital experiences, content platforms, or data-driven products.
  • Must have 3+ years of people leadership experience managing Product Managers or equivalent experience leading large cross-functional product initiatives within a matrixed organization.
  • Experience defining product vision, roadmaps, investment priorities, and outcome-based strategies.
