Job summary

Sirio Nutrition (California) LLC seeks a Product Development Manager to oversee day-to-day R&D operations, manage formulation projects, and drive commercialization in a fast-paced nutraceutical setting.

You will lead a cross-functional team, set priorities, mentor staff, and coordinate with Sales, Quality, Operations, and Procurement to deliver innovative products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical/Food Science, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of nutraceutical product development experience.
• Strong formulation modeling and data interpretation abilities.
• Knowledge of GMP, SOPs and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the product development R&D organization, including quotations and documentation.
• Provide technical support to Sales, Quality, Procurement and Customer Service.
• Set departmental priorities, coach staff and address performance issues.
• Develop KPIs and drive ongoing process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to commercialize new products.

We seek out innovation across our entire business and pass that knowledge and expertise to our customers.As a Product Development Manager, manages all aspects of day-to-day product development in the Research & Development organization.Responsibilities include personnel management and activities to support all aspects of product formulation/development and commercialization activities, including customer quotations, technical sales/customer support, and product commercialization activities.
