Your Role :

As a Manager, Product Change Management, you will manage the resources and activities of a team, providing mentorship and leadership to the Personal Lines Product division.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship while being accountable for the delivery of change management to the division.
  • Offer mentorship and advice to external stakeholders on change management discipline.
  • Lead change practitioners, setting overall change and communication strategies, ensuring process consistency and governance across the organization.
  • Partner with leadership, communication, training, and support teams to develop strategic and tactical organizational change management activities.
  • Act as Change Manager for multiple, sophisticated change efforts, coaching program & business leaders on plan alignment.
  • Lead initiatives to develop new change management methods and service offerings, recognized as a thought leader.
  • Provide the framework for staffing, budgeting, and resource planning for change initiatives.
  • Use surveys and observations to build reports on change initiatives, workplace culture, employee engagement, and change sustainability.
Required Experience, Education, and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) plus at least 10+ years of related experience.
  • Minimum 2 years leading high-performance teams in a matrix environment.
  • Deep knowledge of Change Management concepts, methods, and applications.
  • Strong communication, business acumen, and project management skills.
  • Experience in training design, development, and delivery for complex projects.
  • Ability to influence leaders at all levels, including executives.
  • Excellent listening skills and adaptability in communication.
  • Strong partnering and influencing skills, strategic thinking, and collaboration across organizational boundaries.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to scope work and develop resource plans.
  • Extensive knowledge in change deployment, including communications, HR, IT, and process improvement.
  • Experience in an agile, specifically SAFe, environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years’ experience in a professional consulting environment.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, demonstrating authenticity and trust.
  • Active involvement in company culture and employee engagement activities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for role requirements.
