Your Role :

As a Manager, Product Change Management, you will manage the resources and activities of a team, providing mentorship and leadership within the Personal Lines Product division.

  1. Provide leadership and mentorship while being accountable for delivering change management to the division.
  2. Advise external stakeholders on change management discipline.
  3. Lead change practitioners, setting overall change and communication strategies, ensuring process adherence and governance across the organization.
  4. Partner with leadership and support teams to develop strategic and tactical organizational change management activities.
  5. Act as Change Manager for multiple complex change efforts, coaching business leaders on plan alignment.
  6. Innovate in change management methods and services, establishing thought leadership.
  7. Develop governance frameworks for staffing and budgeting, supporting resource alignment with programs and projects.
  8. Utilize surveys and observations to report on change initiatives, including workplace culture, employee engagement, and adoption.
Required Experience, Education, and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) + 10+ years of related experience.
  • At least 2 years leading high-performance teams in a matrix environment.
  • Deep knowledge of change management concepts, methods, and applications.
  • Strong communication, business acumen, and project management skills.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to influence leaders at all levels, including executives.
  • Excellent listening skills and adaptability in communication.
  • Strong partnering and influencing skills, with strategic thinking ability.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Knowledge of change deployment in communications, HR, IT, and process improvement.
  • Experience in an agile, SAFe environment.
Preferred Qualities
  • 5+ years in a professional consulting environment.
  • Ability to foster an inclusive, collaborative, and psychologically safe team environment.
  • Active engagement in supporting company culture and community involvement.
  • Strong alignment with company values of community, inclusion, and innovation.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for role requirements.
