A prominent healthcare company seeks a Senior Product Owner to join their CareHub Product Management team. In this remote role, you will leverage your 5+ years of experience to streamline clinical systems while collaborating with business stakeholders and IT partners. The Senior Product Owner will maximize the value of the products they support. They are the team's primary contact for business information, work prioritization, and decision-making for owned work and will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team. In this role you will:
Assist in questionnaire configuration
Gather and document business system and functional requirements, influence system design to optimize support and ensure solutions meet the business objectives and requirements.
Complete and/or coordinate implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to the appropriate production support team.
Facilitate meetings with business partners and IT partners to discuss and document business needs in a way that will support IT development.
Coordinate across teams on milestones and implementation of the project deliverables.
Communicate with IT and business project managers to align on status and for reporting out to leadership.
Attend meetings to ensure quality delivery of projects

Required Qualifications
5 years or more of experience in technology implementations and/or product/project management
Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies
Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments
Experience facilitating cross-functional teams' efforts
Proficiency in Microsoft office products including Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
Experienced with 278 transactions
Clinical Utilization Management experience including knowledge of authorization workflow
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Health Information Systems

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$94,900 - $130,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
