Your Role :
  1. Manage the resources and activities of a team, providing mentorship and leadership to the Personal Lines Product division.
  2. Provide leadership and mentorship while being accountable for change management delivery.
  3. Advise external stakeholders on change management discipline.
  4. Lead change practitioners, setting strategies, ensuring process adherence, and overseeing projects.
  5. Partner with leadership, communication, training, and support teams to develop strategic OCM activities.
  6. Act as Change Manager for multiple change efforts, coaching business leaders on alignment.
  7. Develop new change management methods and service offerings, recognized as a thought leader.
  8. Provide governance frameworks for staffing and budgeting, supporting staffing efforts.
  9. Build reports on change initiatives using surveys and observations, including workplace culture and employee engagement.
Required Experience, Education, and Skills
  1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) plus 10+ years related experience.
  2. At least 2 years leading high-performance teams in a matrix environment.
  3. Deep knowledge of Change Management concepts, methods, and applications.
  4. Strong communication, business acumen, and project management skills.
  5. Experience in training design, development, and delivery for sophisticated projects.
  6. Ability to influence and advise leaders at all levels, including executives.
  7. Excellent active listening skills and adaptability in communication.
  8. Strong partnering and influencing skills, strategic thinking, and collaboration abilities.
  9. Experience operating in a fast, changing environment.
  10. Ability to scope work and develop resource plans.
  11. Knowledge in communications, HR, IT project lifecycle, and business process improvement.
  12. Experience in an agile, specifically SAFe, environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. 5+ years’ experience in a professional consulting environment.
  2. Ability to build a collaborative and inclusive environment, encouraging trust and empowerment.
  3. Engagement in fostering company culture through involvement and mentorship.
  4. Championing company norms and supporting enterprise strategy alignment.
  5. Willingness to travel as needed for meetings and team activities.
  6. Commitment to business needs, including extra time or supporting other teams.
