Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Process Leader to guide a team of ETE Leads, delivering flawless processes that boost business efficiency and drive results. You will oversee the entire annotation project lifecycle for ETE partners—from intake and readiness to monitoring and delivery—and develop improvements across the delivery workflow.

• At least 5 years of experience in Process Management preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management preferred

• Lead a team of ETE Leads (process managers) in delivering flawlessly executed processes that improve business efficiency and drive results.
• Guide use cases through the entire annotation project lifecycle for ETE partners (intake, readiness, monitoring and delivery).
• Develop and drive improvements throughout the delivery process.
• Monitor data trends to measure effectiveness and install necessary benchmarks or thresholds to ensure data integrity and high quality results.
• Educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution each time.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence within the team.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Champion best practices in content strategy, project management, knowledge sharing, and inter-team collaboration.
