Shift: Monday - Friday, 7AM-5PM

The role you’ll contribute:

The Manager Practice Operations is responsible for the overall operational success of their assigned Primary Care Network practices. This includes providing leadership and direction to the entire team at that location. The manager will oversee efficient and effective operations of a practice with 3-5 providers and approximately 10 staff members, ensuring favorable results in financial performance, patient experience, provider and staff satisfaction, consumer initiatives, access to care, and value-based care.

• Lead the team within the practice to focus on service and care excellence.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard team members aligned with the mission, culture, and skills needed.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of physicians and APPs at the location.
• Collaborate with physician and APP leaders to promote professionalism.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with all physicians and APPs, including regular meetings, issue resolution, and performance improvement.
• Manage operational processes to maximize clinical space utilization, access to care, and patient flow.
• Evaluate and manage key performance indicators related to value-based care, patient experience, finances, staffing, and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular meetings with team members and providers to review performance and drive improvements. Oversee consumer experience and develop action plans, proactively reaching out to patients when service recovery is needed.

Qualifications you’ll need to succeed:

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field, and 1 year of healthcare leadership experience, or equivalent healthcare leadership experience.
• Current, valid BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Preferred qualifications:

• Certification by the American College of Medicare Practice Executives (ACMPE).
• Certification by the Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field.
