Manager – Portfolio Analytics (Fund Administration)

Job Description

Position Summary: You will work directly with leading investment firms under the guidance of our experienced team. Your tasks may include, but are not limited to:

• Assist clients with new software implementation, including reconciling investment performance metrics, streamlining reporting, documenting procedures, troubleshooting, and staff training.
• Support Portfolio Analytics & Reporting team with valuation facilitation, investor requests, audit coordination, liquidity planning, and net waterfall modeling.
• Assist Head of Product with internal software projects, vendor meetings, pricing, memos, project management, and onboarding.
• Help clients with performance reporting and provide analytical support.
• Complete ad hoc and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in real estate, finance, private equity, public accounting, or fund administration.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, proficiency in portfolio analytics and data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Team player with good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple demands and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with large data volumes and advanced Excel functions.
• Ability to work overtime if necessary.

Additional Information

Salary ranges from $80,000 to $115,000 based on experience and location, with a full benefits package. #LI-HYBRID
