Job Description
Position Summary: You will be working directly with leading investment firms under the guidance and direction of our experienced team of industry veterans. You will be facilitating our service offering by performing tasks that may include, but not limited to, the following:
- Assist clients with new software implementation process including reconciling investment performance metrics (profits, IRR, multiple, etc.) with software, streamlining reporting process, documenting best-use procedures, troubleshooting with vendor, and onboarding / training staff
- Support Portfolio Analytics & Reporting team with valuation facilitation, investor requests, audit coordination, liquidity planning, and net waterfall modeling
- Assist Head of Product with internal software implementations including meeting with vendors, pricing engagements, preparing memos, project management, and onboarding.
- Assist clients with performance reporting and provide analytical and modeling support.
- Complete ad hoc and special projects, as needed
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of relevant real estate, finance, private equity, public accounting, or fund administration experience
- Strong Analytical & technical skills with proficiency in portfolio analytics and data management / analysis
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven experience in providing excellent client service
- Ability to collaborate with others in a team environment, provide and accept constructive feedback
- Ability to produce high quality of work product with accuracy and extreme attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple demands and competing deadlines
- Effective and professional communication
- Ability to work with large volumes of data
- Ability to stay organized and effectively manage projects
- Advanced knowledge of Excel functions and shortcuts including SUMIFS, INDEX(MATCH, Embedded IF Statements, SUMPRODUCT, ARRAY Functions, and COUNTIFS
- Ability to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines
Additional Information
Salary based on experience and location ($80,000-$115,000) and full benefits package offered.
