We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Manager to join our finance team.

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee all AP/AR functions, manage cash flow processes, and ensure financial accuracy. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Ramp and Bill.com and will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with complex, high-volume financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Process vendor invoices and payments accurately using Ramp and Bill.com.
• Oversee customer invoicing, collections, and payment applications.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts, aging reports, and resolution of discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor and customer records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial processes.
• Support the month-end and year-end close with relevant journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare reports on AP/AR metrics, cash flow forecasts, and financial health.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in AP/AR management.
