Job summary

Providence St. Luke's Rehabilitation Medical Center in Spokane, WA seeks a Manager for Polysomnography and Respiratory Therapy to lead the Sleep Lab.

You will supervise sleep and scheduling staff, oversee daily center operations, and assist in complex polysomnography including MSLTs. The role requires a healthcare degree, relevant sleep-tech certifications, and several years of leadership experience within an AASM-accredited sleep center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field or equivalent education/experience.
• RPSGT/NCSPT or NSD certification upon hire.
• BLS certification upon hire.
• 5 years of Registered Polysomnographic Technologist experience in an AASM sleep center.
• 3 years of progressively responsible leadership in a Sleep Lab.

Responsibilities

• Provide core leadership with responsibility and supervision of the sleep and scheduling caregivers.
• Oversee daily operations of the sleep center.
• Assist in diagnostic procedures including MSLTs and other polysomnographic procedures.
• Support the director in administering departmental functions.
• Perform scheduling, performance evaluation, timekeeping and employee relations.

Manager Polysomnography and Respiratory Therapy - Sleep Lab serves as core leader with responsibility and supervision of the sleep and scheduling caregivers. Oversees daily operations of sleep center. Performs routine and complex diagnostic procedures including diagnostic procedures, MSLTs, and other polysomnographic procedures. Supports the director in administering the departmental functions of this department. Other supervisory duties include scheduling, performance evaluation, timekeeping and employee relations.
