The Manager, Platform Solutions will own the Virtual Care solution strategy, drive cross-functional execution, and partner with external stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes within the WayFinding navigation platform.

This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and a strong track record in healthcare solutions delivery, pricing, and market enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or higher preferred.
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare business management, solution delivery, or product management.
• Proven track record of building and scaling programs in healthcare, digital health, or B2B businesses.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of healthcare economics and population health.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced and evolving organizations with flexibility to pivot

The Manager, Platform Solutions role sits at the center of this transformation. We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Manager , Platform Solutions to lead the strategy , growth, and operational performance of our Virtual Care solution line and its deeper integration into our WayFinding navigation p latform .

This role requires a highly resourceful, proactive individual, with excellent communication, problem solving, project management , and healthcare solutions building experience. This leader will drive cross-functional strategic initiatives, improve the virtual care operating model, and analyze virtual care solution performance . This role serves as the day-to-day solution leader and subject matter expert, connecting cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver a high-quality Member and client experience and advance V irtual C are as an integrated component of the broader WayFinding p latform.

What You’ll Own

Virtual Care Solution Strategy & Design

• Drive innovation in Virtual Care solution offering including exploration of expanded primary care and clinical navigation care delivery models
• Define success criteria for existing book of business and evolve solution to meet new client/Market needs
• Improve integration of Virtual Care into the broader WayFinding Platform

Solution Performance & Operational Excellence

• Align stakeholders to execute on strategy and deliver measurable outcomes against KPIs
• Lead day-to-day external partnership management
• Support design of scalable workflows and operating processes spanning staffing, billing/reimbursement , and launch readiness to ensure solution success
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement through root-cause analysis

Growth, Commercialization & Market Enablement

• Serve as the Virtual Care subject matter expert to support sales, implementation, RFPs, finalist presentations, client escalations, and external partner conversations
• Lead adoption and expansion across employer and health plan segments by defining go-to-market motion, positioning, and pricing
• Identify upsell opportunities to expand adoption across the WayFinding Platform

Cross-Functional Leadership & Delivery

• Lead program governance for the integrated Virtual Care solution and serve as the day-to-day Transcarent solutions leader and partnership manager for cross-functional teams
• Program and project manage initiatives from intake through launch and ongoing optimization that improve the client and Member experience

Financial & Analytical Strength

• Partner with Finance and leadership to evaluate pricing, reimbursement, margins, savings, and performance metrics
• Translate performance data and market intelligence into clear recommendations and influence stakeholders toward measurable outcomes
